At Gemma Rose Design, we are passionate about reducing our negative environmental impact and ensure we are using sustainable packaging - no plastic (except the tape)! Just remove the tape and you're ready to recycle or compost! Your item will be packaged with love and care, wrapped in brown paper. Your item will be sent in a Heropack satchel, which is home compostable and biodegradable. It can also be re-used.

Shipping will be through Australia post. All express parcels will come with a tracking number.
 

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. For custom made items and made to order items, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your items to ship. 
 

Local Drop off is available within the Illawarra region. Please use the code LOCALDROPOFF at checkout. We will deliver your item to your door to save you waiting for the postman.

If your item is deemed faulty, please contact us immediately and send us an image, and we will happily exchange your item or allow a store credit if returned within 7 business days. All returns must be sent back within 14 days of delivery.
